Roasted Brussels Sprouts

We had a double date night the other week to the oh so fabulous Tre in Alamo Heights with some good friends where I got Hercules to actually try brussels sprout and gasp, he liked it! So i thought if he liked those he would love mine, nope. I think he liked the butter better than the actual sprout from the ones at Tre. Se le vie, more for me!

I roasted them with some garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper at 400 degrees for around 35-40 minutes. Don't they look amazing, and i love the crunchy outsides from the roasting.

He doesn't know what he's missing.
